The Fight for 15 and Fairness is a movement across Canada and around the world pushing for a higher minimum wage and stronger workers’ rights for all workers. Within Canada, campaigns for a $15 minimum wage have already been successful in Alberta, Ontario, and BC, with the provincial governments promising a gradual wage hike to $15 over the next few years.

Fight for 15 & Fairness Halifax is a local organizing body of this movement, building off the local success and organizing work from the “Nova Scotia Deserves a Raise” campaign.
